Celebration Community Church’s Youth Ministry CrossCurrent is hosting its 12th annual Youth Conference tonight and tomorrow (Friday and Saturday). The conference theme is “Breakout”. A couple hundred middle school and high school youth will be challenged to break out of their fears, doubts and comfort zones to experience the freedom that comes from an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ.
Conference speakers, Kyle Bloom, Nick Eiden and Derek Mayfield will encourage youth to explore relevant strategies for life change. Break Out workshop sessions on a variety of practical subjects will also be offered, and the Ignite Band will provide fist-pumping worship music. A pool party and barbecue are planned for tonight. Nick Eiden, Alicia Hunter and their vast team of C3 volunteers have planned a great experience for all with every penny raised going to missions.
It’s not too late to tell a teen to come to YOCO. Registration is from 3-4pm today and the cost is just $40.
