Hall of Faith

Forward Faith
While watching World Series the T.V cameras have shown George Brett throughout.  In addition to winning batting titles in three decades (1976, '80 and '90) and finishing with 3,154 hits, the Kansas City third baseman was elected into the baseball Hall of Fame in 1999.  Being enshrined into Cooperstown’s Hall of Fame is the greatest honor a baseball player can receive. In the eleventh chapter of the book of Hebrews the author lists a group of Old Testament men and women in what is called by some as the Hall of Faith. Abraham is a shining example of faith in action.
“By faith Abraham when he was called to go to a place that he would later receive as his inheritance, he obeyed even though he didn’t know where he was going.”  Hebrews 11:8
Abraham's life was filled with faith. At God's command, he left home and went to another land—obeying without question. How about you? What if God audibly asked you to go someplace or do something would you obey without question?
As we move in our Forward Faith campaign I am encouraging everyone to seek God and ask Him what He wants to give through you. I encourage you to obey what He says to you, by faith.
Your pastor and partner in ministry,
Kyle
