What Love Is….And Isn’t.

February is known as the month of love so throughout these daily e-mails this week  we will look at 1 Corinthians 13, the Love Chapter of the Bible, and see what the Bible has to say about what love is….and isn’t.

“If I could speak in any language in heaven or on earth, but I didn’t love others I would only be making meaningless noise like a loud gong or a claiming symbol.” 1 Corinthians 13:1

God says words without love are just a cacophony of noise.  Words without love are hollow, empty meaningless.

God says, words don’t impress Him at all.  God doesn’t care so much about what we say but He cares a lot about what we do.  God wants to know if you truly love.

The Apostle John inspired by the Holy Spirit writes “By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another." John 13:35

Do you say you are a Christian? The proof is simple: are you living a life of love toward others?

Your pastor and partner in ministry,
Kyle
